Porcelain Facade System

EXATECH is a high-tech extruded porcelain ceramic system installed as a ventilated and/or insulated facade. Engineered to perform and highly versatile, it is installed using the BICEP Bracketry system. EXATECH can be installed as an insulated system using our IROCK Non-combustible Facade Insulation for high end applications. This is ideal for projects requiring higher R-values while decreasing energy costs and CO2 emmisions at the same time. EXATECH offers extreme performance against the elements and is fast, economical and environmentally friendly. Available in a wide variety of natural finishes including Solid, Stone, Cement, Marble and Wood Finishes, it is no surprise EXATECH is the ventilated façade of choice.

Extreme Durability

EXATECH porcelain facade tiles are tested to ISO 10545-4 and achieves double the standard breaking strength of ≥ 3.000 N. EXATECH is able to withstand a huge ≥ 6.000 N.

Precision Manufacturing

Manufactured according to ISO 10545-2, the high precision extrusion technology of EXATECH porcelain facade tiles are rectified on all 4 sides, reducing tolerances to a minimum and ensuring precision installation.

Non-Combustible

As expected EXATECH porcelain tiles are a non-combustible facade material that can be used internally or externally wherever a non-combustible material is required.

EPD Verified for Environmental Performance

EXATECH is Eco-sustainable and a 100% recyclable building material. EXATECH porcelain tiles have been EPD verified to enable use in the most environmentally sensitive construction projects.  

ECO-Friendly Circular Economy

Heavily focused on the circular economy, the EXATECH porcelain tiles manufacturing recovers 100% of the residual material generated during the production process, reintroducing approximately 40% of recycled content in our raw material.
